NEPSA 2024 has been relocated

to the Newport Marriott

25 America's Cup Avenue.

​

All panels and conference activities will be held at the Marriott.

Conference registration will be in the "East Foyer" on the third level.

For attendees who have a reservation at the Harbor Island Resort, your reservation will be honored, at no extra cost, either at the Marriott or at one of the two spillover hotels that have been secured.

​

The Harbor Island Resort will reach out to everyone with a reservation and let them know which of the three hotels their reservation has been transferred to.  If you have any questions about the transfer of your reservation, please reach out to our contact person at the Harbor Island Resort:

The Hotel Viking is only a 15-minute walk to the Marriott ... and a complimentary shuttle set up

just for NEPSA will be available to transport guests between the Marriott and the other hotels.
