If your school or company is interested in advertising with NEPSA,

the sponsorship rates for the 2026 Annual Meeting are as follows:

        OPTION A: $400

        Logo in conference program plus sponsor/promotional material on display at registration desk

        OPTION B: $600

        Half-page advertisement in program plus optional table at registration for promotional materials/books
 

        OPTION C: $700

        Full-page advertisement in program plus optional table at registration for promotional materials/books

                NOTE:   Publishers or institutions with materials are welcome to attend and staff their tables;

                              NEPSA can provide oversight of materials if they are shipped to us in advance. 

 

ADDITIONAL PREMIER SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

 

Breakfast or coffee break sponsorship: $1,000

Half-page ad in program, additional promotional materials near breakfast/coffee area

Friday or Saturday luncheon sponsorship: $2,000

Full-page ad in program, table for promotional materials, promotional materials on luncheon tables

Friday evening cocktail reception sponsorship: $5000

Full-page ad in program, table for promotional materials, promotional materials in cocktail area,

meet-and-greet opportunity for all attendees at our traditional Friday evening cocktail reception

All sponsors will have their logos on our website and in a welcoming poster at our registration desk.
