The 2022 Annual Meeting of the New England Political Science Association will convene on April 28-30, 2022, at the historic Omni Mount Washington Resort in Bretton Woods, New Hampshire.  Panels will be held on Friday, April 29 and Saturday, April 30; a pre-conference welcome event will be held in the early evening of Thursday, April 28.

Insofar as contingencies for the COVID-19 pandemic as concerned, at this moment our plan is to hold a fully in-person conference this year.  We are mindful that this pandemic is an ever-evolving situation, and we of course are not ruling out the possibility of having to alter our plans.

Please note, however, that while the hospitality industry was willing to alter or even cancel contractual arrangements in the early days of the pandemic … now that FDA-approved vaccines are available, we anticipate that conference-hosting hotels will be disinclined to relieve organizations like ours of their contractual burdens, including commitments for hotel rooms.

 

We are in the process of coordinating with the hotel regarding vaccine and masking policies.  A dedicated page addressing these issues will be available on the NEPSA website in due course.
