On February 20, 2026, the Clough Center presented a conference in tribute to Ken:
"Constructing the Constitutional Imagination: A Symposium in Honor of Ken I. Kersch"​​
On November 27, 2024, the NEPSA community lost Ken Kersch, a longtime contributor to the Association.

A brilliant constitutional scholar, Ken taught at Boston College for seventeen years, and was the founder of BC's
Clough Center for the Study of Constitutional Democracy. Ken was a treasured friend, and is greatly missed.
